Thank you for shopping with Amber Kept. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight for orders under $75. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand!

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at christina@amberkept.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
